Delete Account

The fastest way — no email, no waiting. Deletion happens the moment you confirm, right from your phone:

   Open Settings

   In Ludo Xon, tap your avatar, then open Settings and choose Delete Account.

   Confirm twice

   Read the warning, tap Continue, then type DELETE to prove you understand it is irreversible.

3. 3

   Gone for good

   Tap Delete Forever. You are signed out instantly and the account, wallet and friends are erased.

Lost access to the app or the account? Email us and our team will delete it for you after verifying you own it:

• Send from the email address registered on the account.
• Subject line: “Delete my Ludo Xon account”.
• Include your in-game username or player ID (LXN-XXXXXX) so we find the right account.

Almost nothing — and nothing that identifies you. Two narrow exceptions, both without your name, email or phone:

• Anonymised competitive records (ranks, kills) stay on past leaderboards so other players' history stays intact.
• Minimal security logs are kept briefly to prove the deletion itself and to fight fraud, then aged out.

Never registered? Guest progress (IDs like LXN-XXXXXX) lives only on your device — there is nothing on our servers to delete. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data wipes it completely.

• In-app deletion: immediate — you are signed out and erased on confirmation.
• Email requests: completed within 30 days of verification, with a confirmation reply.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups expire on their normal short cycle and are never restored.
