Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mordernista Lab (“we”, “us”) for the LudoXon game (package com.winner.ludo). By installing, creating an account, or playing a match, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 13 years old; under 18s play with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Guest accounts are limited to free tables — paid tiers require a registered account.
• One account per person. Sharing, selling or buying accounts is not allowed.

Every mode follows classic Ludo rules — roll a 6 to leave base, capture on landing, safe stars — with the pace and stakes below. Timed online turns keep tables moving for everyone.

• New players start with a free wallet (e.g. 5,000 coins, 15 gems) earned through play, rewards and events.
• Tiered tables show their entry fee before you join; prizes are paid from the pooled fees minus a small service share, exactly as shown on the result screen.
• Any future in-app purchases will be processed solely through Google Play Billing and subject to Google's refund rules.

All dice, moves, turn order and settlements are computed on our servers. The client only displays what the server has already decided — so tampering with the app cannot change outcomes, only get you removed.

• Bots, scripts, modified clients, or exploiting bugs, lag or reconnects.
• Collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or farming rewards with alternate accounts.
• Intentional disconnect abuse to stall tables or dodge a loss.
• Buying, selling or trading accounts, coins or ranks.

• Guest progress lives on your device (IDs like LXN-XXXXXX). Register to keep it safe across reinstalls.
• Keep your sign-in and verification codes private — staff never ask for them.
• Display names and avatars must be lawful and non-offensive; we may reset violating ones.
• The first display-name change is free; later changes cost gems as shown in-app.

Tables are social. Voice chat is live and peer-to-peer (never recorded by us), and quick chat and emoji keep things friendly. With that comes responsibility:

• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or sharing personal details of others.
• Mute anyone instantly from their avatar; block repeat offenders from your profile.
• Report abuse from the table or by email — reports are reviewed by humans, and retaliation for reporting is itself a violation.

• Confirming “Leave” marks you as left: the server skips your turns and may record the match as a concession.
• Missing the turn timer enables auto-move; repeated timeouts keep auto-move on until you return.
• In 3–4 player matches the table continues after a player places — placed players may watch or view their result early.
• Server-cancelled or voided matches refund entry fees automatically; finished matches settle as shown.

We may warn, mute, suspend or permanently block accounts that breach these Terms, with severity matched to the harm — from chat mutes for a heated table to permanent bans for cheating or fraud. You may appeal any action by contacting us below; genuine mistakes are reversed. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

• The game is provided “as is”. We work hard on uptime, but matches depend on your connection and platform services outside our control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost virtual progress from outages beyond our reasonable control.
• We may tune modes, fees, rewards and anti-cheat as the game evolves; material changes are announced in-app or on this page.
• If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms still apply.
